Kanna 20x extract

What is Kanna?

Kanna is a herbal preparation of Sceletium tortuosum, the South African succulent traditionally valued for relaxation and mood support. This compact 1-gram pack is made for precise tea use: add 150 mg to a cup of hot water and let it steep for ten minutes.

The plant is native to South Africa and has a long place in local plant knowledge. In a modest serving it can feel gently uplifting; in a fuller cup it may feel more softening. This finely prepared format suits people who want a clear, easy-to-measure amount rather than a handful of loose leaf. Other strengths and whole-herb versions are often available separately if you prefer a different intensity.

This product is intended for informed adults. Responses vary from person to person. Start with the stated 150 mg serving, sit with the tea, and give it time to work before considering anything further. Treat it as an occasional herbal moment rather than an everyday habit.

History of Kanna

Khoekhoe and San communities in South Africa used Sceletium tortuosum for centuries on journeys, in social gatherings, and in moments that called for ease. They often chewed fermented or dried plant material, later nicknamed kougoed. European writers described the herb more widely in the nineteenth century, which is why many modern texts begin there, even though indigenous use is much older.

The plant belongs to South Africa’s dry landscapes and was prized for mood, thirst, and a steady sociable feeling rather than as a harsh intoxicant. Local knowledge carried that custom long before the herb reached contemporary shops.

Today the same species has a second life among people looking for natural relaxation and mental balance. That revival works best when it stays honest about origin: this is a South African plant with a living cultural past, offered here in a small, modern, tea-ready form meant for calm and clarity.

Ingredients of Kanna

The only ingredient is Sceletium tortuosum, the South African succulent behind this traditional herb. The 1-gram pack contains the dried plant in a fine, tea-ready form and nothing else: no fillers, no flavors, and no extra plants.

The source plant is a low-growing succulent with fleshy leaves. After drying and preparation, the material becomes easy to measure into a cup. Its character comes from the whole botanical rather than a single isolated compound. Like other herbs, aroma and strength can vary slightly from harvest to harvest, which is why a precise first cup is the wisest introduction.

The point of this format is clarity and control: one species, a fine powder, and a serving measured in milligrams. It suits adults who want a calm, exact cup rather than a complicated blend.

Warning
Do not use together with medicines or other stimulants. Sale and use under the age of 18 are not permitted. Do not take part in traffic during use and for 16 hours afterward. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dark place. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
